Our Mission
Our mission is to conduct applied research, design and integrate state-of-the-art technologies applied to vehicles in order to help companies and organizations innovate, while aiming for positive economic and social benefits.
The Innovative Vehicle Institute is the nexus in electrification and transport automation. Our team of experts supports companies and organizations in their innovation process by helping them develop new vehicle technologies.
We hold a CCTT status, affiliated with the Cégep of Saint-Jérôme and are accredited as a research centre by NSERC.
The IVI is therefore one of the sixty CCTTs in Quebec in the Synchronex network and is recognized as a Technology Access Center member of Tech-Access Canada the network offering access to technical expertise from one ocean to another.
